Implementing HACCP food safety and hygiene standards across Prince Hotels in Japan
Prince Hotels required a food safety initiative that met international standards while accommodating language and cultural differences across its venues. Emcorp developed and rolled out a CODEX-HACCP aligned program, including translated documentation, physical facility assessments and customised training for senior executives, management and F&B staff.
Through audits, education and ongoing support, we guided the hotels earn HACCP certification and embed food hygiene best practices into daily operations. This has helped Prince Hotels deliver consistently safer dining experiences, reduce risk and increase confidence among guests and staff.
