Delivering Secure-Safe Certification and crisis, security and hygiene support across Marriott’s global property network

Marriott needed a unified, high-standard safety, security and hygiene programme across its global properties. Emcorp implemented its Secure-Safe program. which included hotel/resort auditing, a 14-module training package (online + in-person), HACCP certification and development of in-house Emergency Response Teams.

We also delivered rapid crisis response tools and rolled out the Hotel Incident Management System (HIMS) app to streamline incident reporting and coordination. The result: staff and management across Marriott properties are better equipped, incidents are managed more swiftly, and hygiene and safety compliance is more consistent across regions.
